Susan BallardI would like to thank you for taking time to read about outsourcing your medical and physician billing. I know your time is money. With over 20 years experience, we offer you excellent service in being your outsource medical billing company. We have experience in billing for Primary Care Physicians, Specialist Care Practices, and Physical Therapists, as well as Ambulatory Surgery Centers. I personally began working with one doctor’s office within the first year of the practice while she only had one doctor and one office. I was the only one doing the medical billing. Within 10 years we grew from this one office to 7 offices, 2 surgery centers and 4 pharmacies. ( 7 doctors, 7 physician assistants, 1 physical therapist, 5 massage therapists, growth of 4 employees to 100 employees ) During all this growth I helped structure and develop the medical billing department within this office, which bills charges for all 7 offices and both surgery centers.

Many outsource billing companies only file your claims and post your money. We like to consider ourselves as your “business partner.” We will follow up on unpaid claims. We will send out patient statements and call your patients, if you desire us to do so. We will remind them of the balance due, before their next appointment, at your request. Our people will not be a stranger to your office. I will personally, visit your office, often, to make sure you don’t have any unanswered questions or need to talk with me about our services.
