Your patients trust you with their medical care.

You can trust us with your medical billing.

Pricing

Medical billing services most often bill a percentage of the collections they bring in for your practice. Health Source Medical Billing is no different. This means that the amount we take in is completely dependent on our success: the more money we collect for you, the more money we earn.

It's natural to try to get the lowest percentage you can. However, the real bottom line number for your practice is your net income after you account for the billing service's fees: even though a better service might demand a higher percentage of your collections, their total collections can make up for that difference and still result in more income for your practice. If you compare our percentage and then realize our collections, you will see we will be working for you.

Keep in mind that one of the biggest differentiators between medical billing providers is how good they are at resolving denied and unpaid claims and collecting on your outstanding accounts. Simply choosing the lowest cost option is unlikely to get you the best provider.

Did you know that even with the best coding and billing person, insurances find ways to NOT pay your claims?  Close to 40% of claims may come back that MUST have follow up and refiling.  Without there being a constant eye on your claims to correct and re-submit in a timely manner, you are loosing revenue.  As stated before, many billing companies only submit your claims and post your money.  You must still have a full time person to work your claims, call insurance and re-submit claims with corrected or requested information.  With Health Source Medical Billing we will keep your claims in process for payment.

Example pricing

The percentage you pay can vary quite a bit, depending on a couple of factors. Some major pricing components are services you add onto the basic billing responsibilities.

Health Source Medical Billing services typically charge a percentage of your total returns each month.  Charges are based on the amount of services you request from us.

Adding practice management software or electronic medical records packages can change how you're billed, in addition to how much you pay. Typically, those services are priced either with an upfront licensing fee or one time price per user fee, independent of your collections activities.

Contracts

Health Source Medical Billing services does not commit you to a contract. You will be on a 30 day agreement, which means we ask you to give us a 30 day notice at any time you may decide you no longer need our services. You will have a small upfront setup investment, but once you're up and running, you can use our service for as long as you'd like, or cancel with a 30 day notice.
